These terms govern the use of Finix, published by XWARE.
1. The service
Finix reads, read-only, the bookkeeping kept in your accounting software and produces calculations and documents from it: tax accounts, tax provision, advance tax payments, net income, minutes. Finix does not change your books.
2. Licence and trial
A first sign-in starts a free 14-day trial. After that, use requires a Finix licence (for example Firm or Self-employed), on the terms agreed with XWARE. The licence is personal to the organisation that holds it and cannot be transferred.
3. Responsibility for the figures
Finix is a tool. The amounts depend on the entries and the settings entered; they must be checked by a professional before any filing, return or decision. The estimates (tax, net income, advance tax payments) do not replace your accountant’s calculation or the tax assessment.
4. Availability
XWARE endeavours to keep the sign-in service available, without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Finix also depends on the availability of your accounting software.
5. Ownership
Finix, its code and its document templates remain the property of XWARE. Your accounting data and the documents produced for your client files remain yours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, XWARE’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence over the last twelve months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of XWARE’s registered office have jurisdiction.
